Demo Day
Community Accelerator Demo Day - The Facebook Community Accelerator is a global program that helps Facebook Group communities across the globe create lasting impact through organizational training and partnership development. During each region’s Demo Day, the communities (128 total) present their progress in order to gain collaborators, funds, and more.
My job: Scripting for Meta, including the Meta executive opening remarks and strategic partner manager transitions, and sorting and defining each region’s presenting categories while making sure the scripts met brand and legal standards and were translatable the six presenting languages.
Regions: North America, Asia Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, India, Spanish-speaking Latin America, Brazil, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Middle East and North Africa
Executive Opening Remarks (Lauryn Hale Obgie) - to be broadcast in nine regions: North America, SSA, ASEAN, India, SPLATAM, Brasil, DACH, India, MENA and translated into six languages
